- 1967年公司成立
- 1967年與日本鏡板工業株式會社投資技術合作從事端板製造
- 1971年與日本城水鐵工所株式會社技術合作從事球型槽設計製造
- 1978年設立高雄廠
- 1982年取得ASME U & U2證書
- 1989年取得ASME S證書
- 1990年獲得日本IHI技術支援完成中油高雄煉油廠雙層壁板乙烯低溫球槽
- 1994年取得Buss AG Group (瑞士) 無腳柱球槽之設計與製造技術
- 1998年取得中國ML證書
- 2001年與金屬工業研究發展中心合作超臨界流體設備研發及製作
- 2002年取得ISO 9001證書
- 2007年取得中國特種設備製造A1, A2, A3許可證
- 2010年完成艾克森美孚石油公司5.0 M PPH x 2 (新加坡) 除氧器
- 2012年高雄廠廠房擴建至1.5倍 (含噴砂廠設置)

- 1967 – Taipei factory founded
- 1967 –Technical supported by NIPPON KYOHAN KOGYO CO.,LTD for cold forming of head
- 1971 – Cooperated with SHIROMIZU IRON WORKS CO., LTD. (Japan) for design/installation of column support type sphere
- 1978 – Kaohsiung factory established
- 1982 – Authorized by ASME "U" & "U2" STAMP
- 1989 – Authorized by ASME "S" STAMP
- 1990 – Technical supported by IHI (Japan) for Chinese Petroleum Corporation double wall refrigerated sphere
- 1994 – Cooperated with Buss AG Group (Swiss) for design/installation of Non-column sphere.
- 1998 – Authorized by ML (Manufacture License of Special Equipment People's Republic of China)
- 2001 – Cooperated with METAL INDUSTRIES R & D CENTRE (Taiwan) for SUPER CRITICAL technology and hardware manufacture
- 2002 – Authorized by ISO 9001: 2000
- 2007 – Authorized by A1,A2,A3 STAMP (Manufacture License of Special Equipment People's Republic of China)
- 2010 – Completed largest deaerator (Tray and spray type; PARALLEL APPLICATION) in Asia for Exxon Mobil's Singapore plant
- 2012 – Kaohsiung factory extended for increasing 1.5 times indoor working area (include painting shop)
